RISK MITIGATION
New product development requires careful orchestration of moving targets amidst constantly evolving conditions. We focus on the most value-added actions by evaluating and mitigating risk throughout all phases of development, such as technical risks to the design and performance, during transfer to manufacturing, and risks that may arise in the clinical field or during market introduction.
MANUFACTURING
Our team has manufacturing experience to transfer the design to production, including process refinement, supply chain management, inventory management, process validation, packaging and sterilization management. Our contract manufacturing partner provides opportunity to optimize manufacturing processes and cost reduction when you are ready to scale production.
PRODUCT LAUNCH
We understand the intricacies of the healthcare environment, clinical settings, and patient management. Our team maneuvers the concept-to-clinic progression with insight and foresight, and drives product development activities towards the most effective product launch strategy.
